How do I get started?

Do I need to know anything about AI before talking to you?
No. Most of our clients are not technical. We translate the technology into business outcomes and handle the engineering. Our AI Glossary is there if you want plain-English definitions.

Yes. The audit is free and has no obligation. It exists to give you clarity on where AI can help — whether or not you work with us afterward.
What size companies do you work with?

What are the engagement tiers?
Four: a free AI Readiness Audit, an Implementation Sprint ($2K–$15K), a Transformation Program ($15K–$50K), and an ongoing AI Partner Retainer ($2K–$5K/month).
Which tier is right for me?
Start with the Audit. It is designed to tell you which level of engagement fits your goals and budget. Many clients begin with a Sprint and grow into a Program or Retainer.
Can I move from one tier to another?
Yes. Engagements are designed to build on each other, and your audit investment is credited toward the next tier.
Do you only advise, or do you build?
We build. We do not hand over a strategy deck and disappear — we design, develop, integrate, deploy, and support the actual solution.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. Solutions are designed to integrate with the systems you already use rather than forcing a rip-and-replace.
Pricing & ROI
How much does an engagement cost?
Sprints run $2K–$15K, Programs $15K–$50K, and Retainers $2K–$5K per month. Every engagement is scoped with a fixed price before work begins.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Scope and price are agreed up front. If scope changes, we discuss it with you first — never a surprise invoice.
What is the typical ROI timeline?
Most clients see measurable time savings within the first 2–4 weeks of deployment, with dollar ROI typically materializing within the first month.
How accurate is the ROI Calculator?
It is a directional estimate based on your inputs and typical results — useful for prioritization, not a guarantee. We refine the numbers with you during the audit.
Do you offer any guarantee?
We stand behind our work and scope engagements so you see value quickly. Specific terms are defined in your statement of work.
How do payments work?
Project engagements are typically milestone-based; retainers are billed monthly. Details are confirmed in your SOW before we start.
Process & Timeline
How long does a typical project take?
Sprints generally run a few weeks; Programs run several weeks to a few months depending on scope. Your roadmap includes timeline estimates per opportunity.
What does the process look like?
Audit and prioritize, design the solution, build and test, integrate and deploy, then train your team and optimize. You have visibility at each stage.
How involved does my team need to be?
We need access to the relevant workflow owners for discovery and feedback, but we keep the time burden on your team light and do the heavy lifting.
What happens after launch?
We provide post-launch optimization and support. Many clients move onto a Partner Retainer for ongoing monitoring, improvements, and reporting.
Do you provide training and documentation?
Yes. Team training and documentation are part of our delivery so your people can confidently operate what we build.
Data, Security & Privacy
How is my data protected?
Form and assessment data is stored in a database with strict row-level security — public visitors can submit but cannot read, modify, or delete records. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel.
Will my business data be used to train public AI models?
No. We do not feed your confidential business data into public model training. Solutions are built to keep your data under your control.
Do you handle compliance requirements like HIPAA or SOC 2?
Yes. Our Data Analytics, BI, Security & Compliance work is built around frameworks like HIPAA and SOC 2 so you can adopt AI without taking on undue risk.
Who can see the information I submit on this site?
Only authorized TBDB personnel, for the purpose of responding to you and delivering services. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Yes. Email hello@tbdb.ai and we will delete or anonymize your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
