It won't be a feed of "AI is changing everything" think-pieces. You've read those. They don't help you ship anything. It won't oversell AI as magic, and it won't pad a 30-minute idea into a 30-page strategy deck.

What it will be

Practical, specific, and numbers-forward. The same way we work with clients:

• Framework walk-throughs. How to score AI opportunities by impact, feasibility, and ROI — with the actual math, not a vibe.
• Build notes. What we shipped, what moved the needle, and what didn't. Real timelines, real costs.
• Honest takes. Which AI investments are worth it for a sub-50-employee business, and which are hype dressed up as strategy.

Most small businesses don't fail at AI because the technology isn't ready. They fail because they buy a strategy without anyone to build it, hire a freelancer without anyone to maintain it, or try to DIY it without engineering rigor. This blog is about doing the opposite: one workflow at a time, measured in weeks, accountable end-to-end.
